  • What SIM card is needed?
    You need to insert a SIM card which must support 2G data and GSM network, please open the data and voice plan. (In UK: Giffgaff is the best)

    How to set it up?
    1. Insert a correct micro-sim card.
    2. Smartphone download the app ( the name of App shown on the manual)
    3. Register with registration ID which is on the back cover of the watch.
    4. login and get all the functions.

    How to solve "device offline" problem?
    1. Check whether there are signal bars and "E" on the watch.
    2. If there are no signal bars, please check whether the Sim was inserted correctly, and go to a good signal place and check it.
    3. If there are no "E" or signal bars, please check with Sim card company to make sure they support 2G/GMS network.
